Community Manager - Job Summary
Join the Organic Growth team as a Junior Community Manager to help develop media, content strategy, and community engagement in a fast-evolving startup environment with a focus on AI, SEO, and media.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community channels like Reddit and Trustpilot by executing strategies, monitoring feedback, and providing insights to product and engineering teams
- Contribute to organic growth via SEO and AEO strategies including AI-assisted workflows experimentation
- Manage day-to-day public relations including media outreach, monitoring news cycles, updating media lists, and building journalist relationships
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or related field
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Determined and resilient with adaptability to setbacks
- Bonus: experience in newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment
