Written Engagement & Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow engagement across multiple text-first platforms by creating and sustaining conversations, while driving brand voice and community growth using AI-powered content creation and newsletter management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily across 8–10 platforms including Threads, Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, and WhatsApp.
- Write, reply, and comment with authenticity and intelligence, maintaining brand voice.
- Start and sustain conversations to keep communities active and buzzing.
- Respond promptly with a friendly, curious, and helpful tone.
- Build meaningful connections with business owners, entrepreneurs, and EOS enthusiasts.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to brainstorm, draft, and edit multiple posts daily.
- Repurpose social media discussions into micro-content and newsletter snippets.
- Write and schedule weekly Klaviyo newsletters summarizing key conversations and insights.
- Optimize newsletter content for engagement and track performance metrics.
- Monitor community engagement metrics, trending discussions, and sentiment.
- Report weekly on community growth and engagement trends.
- Suggest creative campaigns to boost visibility and interaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills that are quick, clever, professional, and adaptable.
- Experience and comfort with online communities and platforms like Reddit, X, Threads, and Discord.
- Proven ability to drive engagement and spark conversation.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and community engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email platforms to manage newsletters.
- Attention to detail with error-free and genuine responses.
- Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, EOS, or business coaching communities.
