Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager will join the Community team to manage social media editorial and community engagement, overseeing content creation, moderation, and client relationships in a part-time role based in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative copywriting for social media and publishing content across channels
  • Customer-facing moderation with escalation to Client Services
  • Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with brand audiences
  • Managing editorial calendars and creative campaigns
  • Collaborating with the creative studio to ideate and brief content
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
  • Offering strategic, creative, and commercial input for social plans
  • Researching and innovating with latest social tools, platforms, and trends
  • Delivering reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis
  • Challenging team and clients with new opportunities for innovation
  • Feeding into campaign planning and response strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B and B2C communications strategy preferred
  • Hands-on TikTok and TikTok Shop experience
  • Experience translating research into compelling editorial
  • Strong understanding of social media and its brand value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good eye for creative written and visual content aligned with social formats
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with various social platforms and efficiency tools
  • Creative and disruptive thinking capability
