Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will build and develop early-stage communities for new projects, driving product-community fit and engagement to support successful product launches and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships in early stages of new projects and products.
 - Help teams establish community concepts and product-community fit.
 - Develop and apply a Minimal Viable Community framework to incubate and build community relationships.
 - Validate community concepts and gather feedback from potential participants.
 - Enhance product development efficiency by communicating community needs to product teams.
 - Increase community acquisition, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
 - Develop, execute, and document community strategies collaboratively.
 - Create an efficient and easy-to-navigate community experience with activity overviews.
 - Manage a community calendar including events, seminars, and tech meetups aligned with product team objectives.
 - Advocate for a culture shift in product teams towards a Web3 approach favoring dialogue and community engagement.
 
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a community or marketing role.
 - Solid experience in at least one marcomms area (e.g., social media, product, insights, growth).
 - Strong knowledge of key community platforms and their commercial application.
 - Experience with issue and crisis management.
 - Confident in data-driven approaches linking creativity to business value.
 - Excellent native English writing and language skills.
 - Good technical understanding; experience in blockchain and crypto preferred.
 - Adaptable, curious, and open to new challenges.
 - Self-reliant, resilient, and delivery focused.
 - Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
 - Persuasive with lobbying and consensus-building skills.
 - Collaborative and strategic thinker aligned with business goals.
 - Experienced in community and marketing strategy development and execution.
