Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage global brand social presences and develop social strategies, content, and community engagement for clients, working closely with multiple specialists to deliver social-first campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Manage global brand social presence including editorial, strategy, content, community, influencer marketing, activations, and reporting
- Execute real-time social media events
- Create and manage integrated events across Europe
- Develop social strategies, editorial calendars, community management guidelines, and advocacy programs globally
- Maintain exceptional campaign engagement standards including ethical considerations
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of agency or editorial experience
- Passion for gaming, photography, travel or hotel destination markets
- Native-level knowledge of social media trends, platform capabilities, and best practices
- Expertise in supporting and creating social campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
- Ability to multitask and manage various clients in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
