The Social Media Community Manager will collaborate with the Social Media Director and content teams to build and manage an online community, develop initiatives, manage platforms, and foster meaningful engagement between the brand and its audience.

- Collaborate with Social Media Content Manager to align content strategy
- Work with paid social media team for channel alignment
- Maintain the editorial calendar
- Utilize analytics and social listening tools
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience in social media content creation and management across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven experience in community engagement and building
- Culture-obsessed and aware of social trends
- Self-motivation, intelligence, imagination
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
