Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
The Social Media & Community Manager will develop and grow Dreem Health's organic social media presence and online community by creating engaging content and fostering meaningful engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day organic social publishing including copy, photos, graphics, and videos across multiple platforms.
- Translate brand positioning into platform-native content tailored to target audiences.
- Create hands-on content including short-form videos, carousels, graphics, and light motion assets using modern tools and AI.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, reviews, and discussions.
- Identify and test new content formats and trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track and report social and community performance with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create content from expertise, patient stories, and product updates.
- Support reputation management by ensuring timely responses on review platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in social media, content creation, or community management, preferably in fast-growing, mission-driven companies.
- Strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form video content and platform-native assets (e.g., Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn posts).
- Ability to simplify complex clinical topics into engaging, trustworthy content.
- Comfortable using modern tools and AI such as Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, and MidJourney.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and native content performance.
- Awareness of emerging social media trends and ability to recommend strategic approaches.
- High energy, creativity, curiosity, and a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Genuine interest in sleep, health, and well-being.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
