Retail & Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary
The Retail & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for leading retail operations and community engagement activities to support food quality, customer service, and local partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the brand
- Merchandise products, make daily baskets, stock shelves, and assist with personal shopping
- Manage inventory, cleaning, and organization
- Assist front of house restaurant operations as needed
- Organize and lead holiday basket and merchandise execution
- Engage local schools for Knead Dough Fundraiser events and provide required documentation
- Host community partnership fundraising and brand-wide events, partnering with marketing and leadership teams
- Facilitate partnerships with realtors and title companies to drive gift basket and catering sales
- Attend and participate in weekly management meetings
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience
- Compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations
- Flexible schedule availability including mornings, lunch peak hours, Saturdays, holidays, and extended hours in Nov-Dec
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
