Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage community engagement across social media platforms, monitor brand sentiment, and deliver performance reports to support content and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across all social media platforms including comments, direct messages, and mentions.
- Respond to high volumes of community interactions professionally and in line with brand tone.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content ensuring alignment with content calendar.
- Monitor brand conversations, sentiment, and industry trends using social listening tools.
- Identify audience insights and engagement patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver performance reporting on community engagement and sentiment regularly.
- Escalate sensitive or high-risk issues to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in community management, social media, or digital engagement roles.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred.
- Strong teamwork, judgment, and proactive, calm approach under pressure.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook including engagement best practices.
- Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights, or similar.
- Experience scheduling, publishing, and managing posts across multiple platforms.
- Strong English and Arabic writing skills with ability to manage high-volume communications.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
