Community Engagement Lead - Job Summary
Lead community engagement efforts by connecting with teens, families, and educators through digital and in-person outreach to build brand awareness and support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and build connections with schools, educators, parents, caregivers, and youth.
- Present services in engaging ways via community events, workshops, and digital channels.
- Plan and execute outreach initiatives tailored to local community needs.
- Collaborate with Field Managers and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Support school district engagement in partnership with Account Management teams.
- Use social media platforms to create content that drives local engagement and awareness.
- Organize and promote events such as webinars and community meetings.
- Collect community feedback to inform and enhance future initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in community outreach, youth engagement, or a similar field.
- Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences including young people and educators.
- Proven use of digital communication tools and social media for outreach.
- Ability to drive and travel regularly to attend and host events.
- Preferred: experience in educational settings or with community organizations.
- Preferred: knowledge of mental health services, youth engagement, or digital health.
- Preferred: familiarity with youth issues for ages 13-18.
- Preferred: bilingual or multilingual skills.
