Social Media and Community Manager - Job Summary
Responsible for developing and managing social media and community platforms to drive engagement and grow brand presence through data-driven content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific campaign strategies supporting Go-to-Market initiatives
- Oversee content ideation, planning, creation, and distribution across all channels
- Manage social media and community calendars
- Generate performance reports and data insights
- Optimize social media and community activity based on KPIs
- Manage relationships with creators and influencers in collaboration with Artist Relations team
- Identify opportunities to grow brand affinity and curate community culture
- Monitor social trends and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Creative team on creative deliverables and video/photo editing
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in social media and community management with product launch or Go-to-Market support
- Proven track record of growing brand presence on social platforms
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and social media's role in marketing funnel
- Experience with social media analytics and KPIs
- Proficiency with social media software such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Metricool
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
