Content Creator & Community Manager - Job Summary
Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing social media content, engaging with the community, and developing creative campaigns and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop content calendars
- Create native content in various formats such as video, stickers, gifs, memes
- Listen to users and generate ideas for content including copy, scripts, and rationales
- Design and execute social media campaigns
- Manage social media accounts by posting, interacting with the community, and reporting on metrics
- Develop new formats, narratives, and creative proposals
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly
- Collaborate with Research & Innovation teams to improve content
- Work with external profiles like influencers and content producers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in agency or brand
- Excellent writing skills including script and social media copywriting
- Strong creative thinking with a focus on copywriting
- Advanced use of tools like CapCut or similar
- Experience with Community Management tools
- Understanding and experience with social media metrics
- Affinity for social media environment and trend detection
- Organizational and task prioritization skills
- High level of English
