Content Creator & Community Manager - Job Summary

Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing social media content, engaging with the community, and developing creative campaigns and formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop content calendars
  • Create native content in various formats such as video, stickers, gifs, memes
  • Listen to users and generate ideas for content including copy, scripts, and rationales
  • Design and execute social media campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts by posting, interacting with the community, and reporting on metrics
  • Develop new formats, narratives, and creative proposals
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly
  • Collaborate with Research & Innovation teams to improve content
  • Work with external profiles like influencers and content producers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in agency or brand
  • Excellent writing skills including script and social media copywriting
  • Strong creative thinking with a focus on copywriting
  • Advanced use of tools like CapCut or similar
  • Experience with Community Management tools
  • Understanding and experience with social media metrics
  • Affinity for social media environment and trend detection
  • Organizational and task prioritization skills
  • High level of English
