Community Management Associate - Job Summary

The Community Management Associate will engage with the Runna community across social platforms and the app, supporting community growth and social team operations remotely from the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the Runna community on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Strava, and the In-App Community
  • Support daily operations of the Community and Social teams including user engagement and reposting runner milestones
  • Conduct community outreach and support race and event communications
  • Maintain smooth internal processes for the teams

Requirements

  • Passion for engaging people and creating buzz on social platforms
  • Fluent in current social trends
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly organized, creative, and proactive
  • Personable and empathetic communicator
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to enhance community experience
  • Bonus: Confident runner or experience in running/fitness space
  • Right to work in the UK
