Events & Community Manager - Job Summary
This role manages Knit’s conference presence, regional roadshows, and builds an ongoing virtual community of market researchers to maintain brand presence and customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute conference presence using an established playbook.
- Plan and run regional roadshows with product marketing.
- Adapt programming to local markets targeting Fortune 500/ICP accounts.
- Build and maintain an ongoing virtual community for market researchers.
- Design content-led community formats based on proprietary data.
- Build and nurture customer advocacy relationships for speakers, references, and case studies.
- Partner with Marketing Operations & Campaigns on lead tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to prioritize advocacy and in-person touchpoints.
Requirements
- Experience building or running a community program.
- Track record designing content-led event formats using proprietary data.
- Field marketing experience across different regions with cultural sensitivity.
- Customer marketing or advocacy experience building 1:1 customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker able to operate with ambiguity and create new formats.
- Ability to partner with operations/campaigns teams on logistics.
- Bonus: Experience in market research/insights industry or familiarity with its conferences.
