Salary range: $136,100 - $235,200 USD per year

Senior Product Manager - Job Summary

Lead growth initiatives and new high impact products for the Community team to strengthen connections between streamers and viewers by focusing on customer needs and agile innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve Twitch’s top growth levers through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Develop strategic plans for key growth initiatives including the evolution of the notifications platform.
  • Collaborate closely with applied scientists, data science, engineering, and design teams for execution.
  • Represent viewers and streamers to optimize the end user experience across product teams.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of Product Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for articulating customer problems.
  • Experience shipping products through experimentation and impact analysis.
  • Bonus: Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or related field.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with streaming and Twitch's ecosystem.
  • Bonus: Experience with GTM teams to launch new products.
  • Bonus: Basic SQL and experimentation/analytic tools knowledge.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
