Event & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead Australiance group event initiatives and community engagement efforts to drive brand awareness, build community relationships, and deliver successful partnership projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and update Australiance communication plan to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Analyze and report on key metrics to guide marketing strategies.
- Support process improvements and tool implementation including CRM systems.
- Train and guide junior team members on tools and social media best practices.
- Build and nurture relationships to grow community membership through meetings and workshops.
- Onboard new partners identified by the Partnership Manager.
- Design, plan, and organize events ensuring smooth logistics and engaging content creation.
- Collaborate with partners to deliver impactful projects and ensure high-quality execution of partnership deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in events, communication, community management or related fields.
- Proven track record in developing and executing communication and community strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in event management and content creation such as newsletters and podcasts.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter attitude with passion for community building and impact.
