Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage online communities by stimulating conversations, crafting editorial content, and collaborating with various teams to deliver social-first work for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative copywriting for social platforms, adapting and publishing content
- Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with brand audiences
- Moderating customer-facing queries and managing escalations
- Managing editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Collaborating with creative studio to ideate and brief content
- Building client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
- Researching latest social tools, platforms and trends to innovate
- Challenging team and clients with new industry and tech opportunities
- Working with insight team on reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis
- Contributing to campaign planning and client brief responses strategically and executively
- Offering strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial understanding for activations
Requirements
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments preferred
- Experience translating technical product information into editorial content
- Strong understanding of social media and its value to brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills aligned with internet language
- Creative eye for written and visual social content and knowledge of social media formats
- Strong organisational, time management, and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Proficiency in a variety of social platforms and tools for account efficiency
- Creative and disruptive thinking ability
- Hands-on experience with social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) is an advantage
