Social and Community Manager - Job Summary

Responsible for managing JioBLAST's online social presence and community by driving engagement, crafting digital narratives, and building a strong gamer and youth culture community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand campaigns and partnerships.
  • Manage daily social content calendars to ensure timely and culturally relevant communication.
  • Collaborate with creators, internal teams, and agencies on social activations and live event coverage.
  • Build and lead the JioBLAST community ecosystem, incorporating community insights into planning.
  • Own and maintain the brand voice with a focus on gaming and youth culture.
  • Track and analyze social performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to amplify campaigns, IP launches, and creator collaborations.
  • Integrate social storytelling into brand experiences before, during, and after live shows.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • 3–6 years managing social media for youth, gaming, entertainment, or creator-led brands.
  • Proven success in growing online communities and leading high-engagement campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Gen-Z internet culture, meme language, and creator economy.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Discord moderation, and social analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and trendspotting skills; bilingual fluency in English and Hinglish preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, or pop culture preferred.
