Social Media Manager - Job Summary
Lead the strategy, planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of the Spring Step Shoes brand’s organic social media presence to build an engaged community and drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, platform-native content across major social media platforms including photography and videos.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage daily content publishing and maintain a consistent brand message.
- Build and foster an active online community through community management.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate product gifting, creator collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze KPIs to optimize content and partnerships.
- Develop monthly performance reports and continuous content strategy improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years managing social media, content marketing, community management, or brand marketing for consumer or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success growing social audiences and engagement.
- Strong portfolio with original photography, videography, and social media campaigns.
- Experience with organic social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with creative tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Experience managing content calendars and influencer or user-generated content programs.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and passionate about fashion and building authentic communities.
