Community Growth Manager - Job Summary

Manage community growth by expanding reach, driving direct-to-artist sales, and executing field strategies within the tattoo, PMU, and body jewelry industries. This fully remote role involves regular travel and in-person engagement in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales territory targeting tattoo studios, PMU artists, and piercing professionals.
  • Drive direct-to-artist sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead product demonstrations and educational sessions on-site and at industry events.
  • Organize and support branded community events, workshops, and conventions.
  • Execute marketing-aligned sales campaigns and manage sales pipelines using CRM platforms.
  • Provide field feedback to improve products and strategies while supporting distributors and partners.
  • Act as a brand advocate by educating artists on product benefits and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven success in field sales, account management, or B2B/B2C roles preferably in lifestyle, beauty, or creative industries.
  • Strong record of meeting sales quotas and managing territory growth with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Passion for the body art industry and ability to build authentic relationships in artistic communities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
