Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will engage with gaming communities on social media, manage content and player interactions, and act as a liaison between players and developers to enhance the gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to player queries and comments on social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media to excite and captivate the gaming community.
- Moderate discussions and comments to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Maintain records and create reports to provide insights for community growth.
- Ensure the game community remains safe, friendly, and welcoming.
- Proactively suggest new initiatives to grow and nurture the gaming community.
- Work closely with developers by forwarding player feedback and issues.
Requirements
- Mastery in C2 level English language proficiency.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills.
- Passion for video games and social media.
- Strong understanding and experience with various social media platforms.
- Ability to occasionally report from the London office.
