Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will manage daily operations and member relations at the Salt Lake City location, driving customer experience and community engagement while working closely with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to members, guests, and prospective customers.
- Create community engagements and build member connections.
- Onboard new members, conduct tours, manage orientation, and assist with technology setup.
- Manage conference room bookings, member communications, and resolve complaints empathetically.
- Manage community expenses within budget.
- Develop and implement community events and programming to drive engagement.
- Support member success through networking and community-driven experiences.
- Uphold facility standards and manage site operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and manage mail and deliveries.
- Manage inventory, branded materials, and community expenses.
- Maintain vendor and landlord relationships and implement emergency plans.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in facility management, customer service, hospitality, coworking, or community engagement preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-site operations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving skills with initiative and adaptability.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking.
- Comfortable with light cleaning and maintaining environment.
- Passionate about entrepreneurship, business growth, and inclusivity.
- Comfortable with workspace technology such as booking systems and CRM platforms.
- Team player with positive attitude and ownership.
