Marketing Coordinator - Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will promote early childhood education programs through community engagement and marketing activities, utilizing creativity and strategic thinking to support the school's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content aligned with brand standards
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and interactive content to build engagement
- Monitor social channels and respond to comments/messages professionally
- Assist in optimizing website content for SEO
- Capture and edit photos/videos of onsite activities and events
- Research community events and identify outreach opportunities
- Plan, promote, and participate in community and outreach events
- Serve as a brand ambassador at events engaging with families and partners
- Analyze competitor strategies and local market trends
- Provide insights to refine marketing strategies
- Design and analyze parent feedback surveys
- Support event logistics and maintain organized documentation
- Collaborate with leadership and corporate support teams on projects
- Participate in weekly team meetings to align priorities and brainstorm ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications roles
- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
