Marketing & Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary
Lead the US marketing efforts to raise awareness and engagement for Cymbatheras innovative neurotechnology, collaborating with global and local stakeholders to build trust and patient-centered community relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead US market activation and align marketing initiatives with global strategy considering regulatory and cultural context.
- Localize global messaging and materials for US market relevance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with patient organizations, advocacy groups, KOLs, and advisory boards.
- Plan and manage participation in conferences, roundtables, and community events.
- Localize and activate content across digital and social channels ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate credible dialogue within communities and translate insights into content strategy.
- Analyze engagement and performance data to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and external partners to manage communication risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as a marketing lead.
- Experience in MedTech, HealthTech, Wellness, or Life Sciences (OTC or adjacent preferred).
- Strong digital and social media expertise.
- Ability to build relationships with credibility and empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- AI literacy for content creation and scaling.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
