Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will be the voice and bridge between Mintago and its audience, cultivating relationships, sparking conversations, and building brand presence across platforms to support financial empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, and review platforms
- Foster genuine two-way conversations and transform review platforms into showcases of customer stories
- Identify and nurture brand advocates, creators, and ambassadors
- Monitor community discussions and turn insights into actionable feedback for internal teams
- Create engaging content that simplifies complex financial concepts and reflects the brand voice
- Support founder personal branding with authentic content
- Stay current with digital culture and tech trends to inform engagement strategy
- Plan and execute online and offline community experiences and events
- Manage review platforms and encourage positive advocacy
- Track engagement metrics and conduct market research to inform strategy and product development
Requirements
- 2+ years in community management or social media, preferably B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta platform dynamics
- Excellent written communication with a human, witty, and authentic tone
- Creative strategic thinking for innovative engagement initiatives
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment wearing multiple hats
- Experience organising online events such as webinars
- Familiarity with graphic design/video editing tools
- Ability to learn and communicate financial wellness solutions
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing (preferred)
- Natural ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging
- Genuine curiosity about online communities and turning insights into business value
- Understanding of internet culture with good judgement on engagement timing
- Passion for improving financial wellbeing
