Sales and Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary
The Sales and Community Engagement Manager supports the General Manager by managing sales, customer service, community engagement, and team coaching to ensure excellent care and service for dogs and pet parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert lead calls to Meet & Greets and schedule tours
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads that did not schedule
- Assist the General Manager with employee performance reviews, coaching, and positive recognition
- Assist with staff scheduling and monitor daily staffing needs
- Support coaching and development of the team while fostering a positive culture
- Practice effective customer service including responding to inquiries, handling check in/out, and maintaining high customer review ratings
- Host and participate in community events and local partnerships
- Manage social media presence and content calendar
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns
- Track and report on marketing results and growth opportunities
- Support loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives
- Support day-to-day front desk operations and maintain data integrity
- Help train and mentor Front Desk Associates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
- Must love dogs
- Sales and customer service experience
