Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will drive local marketing efforts, generate catering leads, build partnerships, support sales campaigns, and contribute to the growth of the restaurant's presence in Fulton, Missouri.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local marketing efforts to increase restaurant awareness and traffic
- Manage social media presence and execute promotional campaigns
- Support paid advertising and local outreach initiatives
- Generate qualified leads for catering opportunities
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Visit businesses and organizations to create catering and brand visibility opportunities
- Identify opportunities for corporate events, family gatherings, weddings, and large group events
- Support follow-up after events to encourage repeat business
- Participate in weekly growth meetings and contribute marketing and sales ideas
- Track marketing and sales activity through KPIs and growth metrics
Requirements
- Experience in sales, local marketing, and restaurant-related promotion
- Ability to build relationships and establish community presence
- Proactive lead generation and opportunity creation skills
- Comfortable working independently and aligned with leadership
- Creativity, energy, and strong follow-through
- Strong public relations and networking skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Service-minded and aligned with a hospitality-first culture
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant marketing, catering, events, or community-based business development preferred
- Comfort with social media management and paid marketing campaigns
- English required; Spanish preferred
