Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage social media presence and community engagement for a healthcare tech company, focusing on content creation, editorial planning, and building relationships with clinicians and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube; expand into new channels.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar that highlights mission, product releases, customer outcomes, and culture.
- Create engaging content assets like threads, carousels, shorts, and audiograms using tools such as Canva, Figma, and CapCut with AI assistance.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats and collaborate on case studies, webinars, and launches.
- Build and engage an active community of clinicians, practice leaders, and other stakeholders; respond promptly and empathetically.
- Track and analyze metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and lead quality to optimize content strategy.
- Maintain brand voice that is clear, compassionate, trustworthy, and forward-looking.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in social media, content, or community management for product-led B2B or health tech sectors.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating posts, threads, or videos that achieved meaningful engagement or results.
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or equivalent tools, and AI tools for ideation and content clipping.
- Excellent written English, strong editorial judgment, and a strong ethical compass.
- Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership and short-form video content.
- Calm under deadlines with focus on quality and detail.
- Comfortable using analytics dashboards and simple growth models.
