About the Role
We’re a fully remote, US-based indie studio developing an action roguelite featuring a novel spellcrafting system where spells are coded in real-time, allowing for infinite possibilities. We're looking for a Community Management Strategist to help us shape and grow a passionate community around this innovative title.
You’ll play a pivotal role in defining how our players connect with each other, the game, and the team behind it. We offer both contract and full-time arrangements based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies that grow our audience and deepen player connection.
- Create, manage, and moderate community spaces (especially Discord), fostering inclusive and vibrant interactions.
- Manage social channels across platforms, overseeing planning, scheduling, posting, and real-time engagement.
- Collaborate with the development team to bring their voices into the community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading community management and strategy for at least one successful Steam game launch.
- Strong grasp of social platforms and community tools, and the ability to tailor strategies to each.
- Passion for indie games, storytelling, and building community.
