Social Media Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage social media content and community engagement for a celebrity, collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategic content distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic content calendar for multiple social platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with promotions and brand initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve company's voice, tone, and values across social and digital communications
  • Engage with online community following customer care best practices
  • Analyze and report on campaign and content performance using analytics tools
  • Partner with influencers to expand reach and engagement
  • Use insights and performance data to optimize content and improve metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing social media for high-profile brands or e-commerce accounts
  • Strong expertise in social media analytics, KPIs, content optimization, and engagement strategies
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in social video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Captions App, InShot)
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and WordPress
  • Strong eye for composition, design, and visual storytelling
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics
