Organic Social Channel & Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and own Mason's Meats organic social channels and community, contributing to strategy and execution across multiple platforms while collaborating with marketing teams in the UK, Europe, and Austin.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content for organic social channels with a clear strategy.
- Manage community interactions by responding to DMs and comments and building customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain a library of organic content formats.
- Collaborate with the paid team to share organic successes and apply paid learnings.
- Conduct social listening to gather content ideas and product feedback.
- Write captions, scripts, and other written materials consistent with brand voice.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly organic performance reports.
- Contribute to channel strategy alongside Head of Brand for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and X.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience managing organic social and community for a consumer brand.
- Strategic thinker who can justify channel-specific content decisions.
- Adhere strictly to Mason's Meats brand tone and philosophy.
- Avoid generic or default DTC social media content styles.
- Comfortable producing content independently and managing shoots with videographers.
- Fluent across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and X platforms.
- Proficient in analyzing social media data and implementing insights.
- Strong and original writing skills, avoiding AI-generated copy.
- Responsive to feedback with ability to iterate quickly.
- Collaborative team player supporting shared social media output.
