Social Media Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and engage online communities across multiple social platforms while creating and executing content strategies to authentically represent client brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline representative for clients' social media channels.
  • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
  • Respond to comments, questions, and messages in a timely, brand-consistent voice.
  • Develop, write, and design engaging social content including graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, and captions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content with business goals and campaigns.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Build and sustain trust-based relationships with clients by representing their brand with integrity.
  • Provide social media performance insights and recommendations during client meetings.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative strategies to strengthen client confidence.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone across multiple brands.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and scheduling platforms.
  • Experience with community growth strategies and engagement best practices.
  • Knowledge of social analytics tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Meta Insights.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Preferred: experience in consulting firms, agencies, or client-facing environments.
  • Preferred: comfort with short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok).
  • Preferred: ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Preferred: familiarity with influencer marketing or partnership campaigns.
