Affiliate Creator Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow tarte cosmetics' affiliate creator communities on platforms like TikTok Shop, Discord, and Lark by developing engagement strategies and community programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, daily management, and growth of Discord and Lark affiliate communities
- Develop community programming calendar with challenges, contests, incentives, trainings, webinars, and in-real-life creator experiences
- Identify, nurture, and reward top and emerging affiliates with education and resources to drive success
- Build scalable communication strategies for mobilizing creators around products, promotions, and tools
- Monitor TikTok Shop trends and gather community feedback to inform internal teams
- Establish and track KPIs for community health and affiliate performance including membership, participation, activation, content volume, sales, and initiative effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social media community management
- Hands-on experience building/managing a Discord community
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing or similar social commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of creator economy motivations
- Experience developing creator challenges, incentive and ambassador programs, or gamified community initiatives
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with creators at scale
- Highly creative with strong knowledge of social media, internet culture, and emerging trends
- Comfortable using data and performance insights for strategy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills adapting to tarte’s brand voice
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
