Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead Sonatus' social media brand presence and manage online communities to increase awareness, follower growth, and generate leads from target OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement social media plans aligned with business goals
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content including text, images, and video
- Refine voice & tone guidelines and channel-specific strategies
- Conduct social listening and community management, engaging with content and users
- Manage Employee Advocacy Program including post publishing, onboarding, and gamification
- Oversee executive social presence with tailored content strategies
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B social media and online community management experience
- Experience with enterprise software content and clients
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and align content with business goals
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in visual design tools for creating polished graphics
- Exceptional copywriting skills to adapt unique voices and simplify technical concepts
