The Senior Creator and Community Manager bridges the game development team and player community by cultivating an engaged community and managing content and interactions across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creator and player community engagement strategies.
- Create and curate engaging content for owned channels.
- Monitor community feedback and communicate to development team.
- Work with Publisher to align community initiatives with marketing campaigns.
- Respond to community inquiries timely and professionally.
- Analyze community metrics to assess and refine engagement strategies.
- Advocate for the community internally and champion player interests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creator and community management, influencer marketing, and content creation, preferably in gaming.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cars and automotive culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation.
- Deep understanding of online platforms, trends, and community dynamics.
- Passion for gaming and player communities.
- Experience with game developers and game development process (desirable).
- Familiarity with community management tools and analytics software (desirable).
- Creative skills such as graphic design or video editing (desirable).
