Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary
The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for building relationships, increasing awareness, and driving new girl membership growth within a designated geographic area to support the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong community connections within designated territory
- Cultivate community support for the organization
- Engage with local members to boost awareness and participation
- Drive new girl membership growth to meet council goals
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in outside sales and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of customer relationship management systems is a plus
- Ability to establish strong, professional relationships
- Commitment to exceptional customer service practices
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance
- Genuine belief in and commitment to the Girl Scouts mission
- Registered Girl Scout member
