Influencer & Community Manager - Job Summary
The Influencer & Community Manager will build and scale Rapsodo's Golf creator ecosystem and community presence to drive product adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop authentic creator partnerships within the Golf community
- Build and scale a high-impact Golf creator network and community engine
- Engage with user communities to drive product adoption and generate feedback
- Manage creator and community initiatives with ownership and influence across marketing and product
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or creator program management
- Deep familiarity with the Golf ecosystem including YouTube creators, simulator communities, and golf forums
- Proven ability to build and manage creator relationships and partnerships
- Experience executing influencer campaigns or community programs that drive measurable engagement
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and content teams
- Data-informed mindset to connect creator and community activity to engagement and growth outcomes
- Strong familiarity with golf technology and communities preferred
