Developer Community Manager - Job Summary

The role involves being the public face of Flosum within the Salesforce ecosystem to build credibility and trust with key technical and business stakeholders by producing valuable LinkedIn content and representing the company at community events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week plus timely commentary on industry news to position Flosum as a leader.
  • Represent Flosum as a speaker at established Salesforce community events like Dreamforce and London's Calling.
  • Cultivate, mentor, and amplify advocates and founding community members.
  • Create multi-format content such as podcasts, videos, and co-created LinkedIn content focused on DevOps and Data/Security.
  • Leverage existing personal brand to accelerate credibility and seed advocacy.

Requirements

  • Recognized presence in the Salesforce community such as Salesforce MVP or frequent speaker.
  • Fluency in DevOps (release management, CI/CD, deployment) and Data/Security (backup, governance, compliance, resilience).
  • Native expertise with LinkedIn content formats and community culture around authenticity and inclusion.
  • Comfort with performance measured by share of voice and community-influenced pipeline rather than membership counts.
