Senior Content and Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Content and Community Manager is responsible for shaping and executing social content and community strategies across client engagements, ensuring brands engage consistently and credibly in communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content and community strategies based on audience behavior, platform dynamics, and business goals
- Lead day-to-day content strategy execution across channels
- Shape editorial direction, content themes, and publishing rhythms
- Guide community engagement including moderation, response frameworks, and escalation
- Stay informed on cultural moments, platform shifts, and emerging formats
- Collaborate with Creative Strategy, Paid Media, Insights, and Strategy teams
- Partner with designers, copywriters, and activation teams to produce content
- Review content for clarity, relevance, and alignment with strategy
- Implement and evolve quality assurance controls and protocols to ensure error-free execution
