Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will build, grow, and engage gaming communities across the UK and Europe for Team17's WARDOGS title, managing community activities and campaigns to support game success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage community strategy for key Team17 products
- Collect and present community feedback to internal production and external developer partners
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate community-led projects and meet deadlines
- Act as liaison with external partners to build and maintain strong relationships
- Plan and manage content schedules nurturing Team17’s community across owned channels
- Manage day-to-day social media and forum activities, representing Team17 and acting as first point of contact for players
- Organise and host livestreams aligned with community campaign plans
- Serve as ambassador for Team17 titles internally and within communities
- Manage multiple communities across various titles and genres
Requirements
- Strong understanding and experience with Team17 games and their audiences
- Passion for video games and expert knowledge of the video games industry
- Previous experience as a Community Manager with campaign strategy development
- Experience in livestream production and presentation
- Ability to track, measure, and collate community sentiment reports to evaluate campaign success and identify learnings
- Experience creating engaging social media content
- Working knowledge of photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Experience building and managing communities on Discord
- Ability to convey information clearly across different social media platforms
- Knowledge of content creation for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube with adaptability to trends
