Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage community engagement and customer support for a US-based audience, acting as the brand's frontline voice through social and support channels with cultural alignment and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across support and social platforms using a natural, US-aligned tone.
- Handle customer questions, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a friendly, conversational manner.
- Participate in and support community conversations on social platforms maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and share community feedback.
- Maintain consistent messaging aligned with the brand’s US audience voice and values.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication at native or near-native level.
- Strong understanding of American culture, humor, sarcasm, and informal communication styles.
- Previous experience in customer support, community management, or social media engagement.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in public-facing social environments.
- Availability to work US evening hours (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
