Community Specialist - Job Summary
Manage and nurture the Semrush Ambassador Program by engaging with community members, organizing activities, and supporting onboarding in a fully remote, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule Slack content including prompts, updates, celebrations, and workshop reminders
- Engage with and moderate conversations in the Ambassador Slack community
- Track and manage Ambassador applications and coordinate onboarding steps
- Host monthly onboarding calls for new Ambassadors
- Support programming of monthly AMAs, workshops, and larger community events
- Plan contests, giveaways, and incentive missions in collaboration
- Coordinate swag and gifting processes for Ambassadors
- Build relationships with standout Ambassadors and support their growth
Requirements
- Experience working in community programs or ambassador/influencer marketing, especially with Slack communities
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work and communicate well asynchronously
- Experience hosting or supporting events
- Bonus: Experience with Notion, Luma, Slack, digital marketing, and SEO
