Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will lead marketing and sales coordination efforts to grow restaurant presence and expand catering sales in Fulton, Missouri, focusing on local outreach, lead generation, and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local marketing efforts to increase restaurant awareness and traffic
- Manage social media presence and support promotional campaigns
- Support paid advertising efforts and local outreach initiatives
- Generate qualified leads for catering opportunities
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Visit businesses and organizations to create new catering and brand visibility opportunities
- Identify and develop opportunities for corporate events, family celebrations, weddings, and large group events
- Support follow-up after events to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business
- Participate in weekly growth meetings contributing ideas for marketing and sales growth
- Help track marketing and sales activity through KPIs and growth metrics
Requirements
- Experience in sales, local marketing, and restaurant-related promotion
- Ability to build relationships and create community presence
- Proactive lead generation and opportunity creation
- Comfort working independently while aligned with leadership
- Creativity, energy, and strong follow-through
- Strong public relations and networking skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Service-minded and hospitality-focused culture alignment
- Preferred experience in hospitality, restaurant marketing, catering, events, or community-based business development
- Comfort with social media management and paid marketing campaigns
- English required; Spanish preferred
