Salary range: $37.50 per hour

Head Coach - Job Summary

The Head Coach leads studio coaching, delivering excellent class experiences, supporting coach development, and assisting studio operations to drive success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coaching with an average of 10 classes per week
  • Set expectations and role model qualities for other coaches
  • Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service experience
  • Meet company utilization and retention goals individually and for the studio
  • Support day-to-day studio operations as directed by Area Manager
  • Lead outreach and marketing to attract new clients and build community partnerships
  • Provide coach development through feedback and assist with new coach trainings
  • Handle client requests and resolve concerns promptly
  • Maintain product knowledge related to retail operations and promotions
  • Execute routine operational tasks including ordering supplies, inventory, and sales logs
  • Ensure studio and equipment maintenance
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Flexible and variable availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets
  • Optimism and passion for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout
  • Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
  • Strong relationship building and team development skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
  • Outgoing and personable with desire to build community relationships
  • Team player with a positive, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Comfortable leading fast-paced classes with loud music using a microphone
  • Ability to represent and model [solidcore] brand and culture
  • Superior client relations and communication skills
