Content Creator & Community Manager - Job Summary
The role involves developing and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, working closely with the marketing team and Brand Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing calendar and brand identity
- Create compelling content for website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and video
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality visual and written content
- Ensure content consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Research industry trends and incorporate relevant topics
- Generate creative social media content and design visual assets
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
- Write copy for email campaigns and blog posts
- Contribute to creative direction for photoshoots and video content
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Engage with community members and respond to social media interactions
- Identify and cultivate key influencers
- Develop strategies to increase community engagement
- Enforce community guidelines and foster positive online environment
- Track and analyze content performance and provide reports
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, design, and editorial skills
- Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or design-focused brands is a plus
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and SEO
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Attentive
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design tools is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Premiere
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience in design & fashion industry and fast-paced retail ecommerce is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Creative writing and content development abilities
- Strong graphic design skills
- Analytical skills to measure and interpret data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
