Content Creator & Community Manager - Job Summary

The role involves developing and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, working closely with the marketing team and Brand Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing calendar and brand identity
  • Create compelling content for website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and video
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality visual and written content
  • Ensure content consistency in tone, style, and messaging
  • Research industry trends and incorporate relevant topics
  • Generate creative social media content and design visual assets
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Write copy for email campaigns and blog posts
  • Contribute to creative direction for photoshoots and video content
  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics
  • Engage with community members and respond to social media interactions
  • Identify and cultivate key influencers
  • Develop strategies to increase community engagement
  • Enforce community guidelines and foster positive online environment
  • Track and analyze content performance and provide reports
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, design, and editorial skills
  • Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or design-focused brands is a plus
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and SEO
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Attentive
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design tools is a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Premiere
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Experience in design & fashion industry and fast-paced retail ecommerce is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Creative writing and content development abilities
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Analytical skills to measure and interpret data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
