MSP & Partner Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Responsible for building and managing DNSFilter's MSP community, activating partners with campaigns and materials to drive pipeline and revenue in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a global MSP community focused on engagement, enablement, and revenue generation
- Educate MSPs on how DNSFilter helps them sell products and services to customers
- Produce and maintain MSP-focused assets, toolkits, and materials to drive consumption and pipeline
- Drive adoption of partner promotional programs and campaigns
- Proactively engage partners to ensure activation and execution of campaigns
- Support joint marketing initiatives including webinars, field events, and partner activations
- Coordinate and attend partner events as needed
- Track partner engagement and contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Operations
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, enablement materials, and communications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MSP marketing, partner marketing, or B2B SaaS community roles
- Experience working directly with MSPs or channel partners
- Proven ability to execute operational marketing programs
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate output
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to take direction and operate independently
- Builder mindset with a bias toward action and accountability
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours
- Bonus: Cybersecurity and MSP ecosystem experience
