Digital Marketing Coordinator - Job Summary
Support the brand's digital marketing execution and retailer-facing engagement by running day-to-day programs that connect collections to retailers and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Shopify website day-to-day content and page updates under Marketing leadership direction
- Execute email marketing campaigns including building, scheduling, sending, and performance reporting
- Coordinate creator outreach and gifting logistics for collaborations
- Research and track creator and talent relationships and resulting content
- Aid in community building and social media management
- Support planning, promotion, and execution of retailer events and touch points
- Build meeting agendas and decks for retailer sessions
- Support trunk show and trade market logistics and assist on-site
- Aid in planning and execution of in-person retailer events such as runway shows and previews
- Learn and use sales and inventory management platforms to support campaigns and retailer materials
- Assist sales team with organizing product and inventory data for retailers
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or events coordination
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, Shopify, and social media marketing
- Comfortable with logistics-heavy, detail-oriented work including tracking, scheduling, and follow-up
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms, including sales and inventory systems
- Strong written communication skills for email and retailer materials
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple small workstreams
- Fashion, bridal, or retail experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel periodically for trade markets and trunk shows
