Marketing & Community Engagement Intern - Job Summary
Six-month paid internship to help grow brand awareness through design, social media, video, and community marketing activities, ideal for a student or early-career marketer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and distribute advertising and customer communication materials aligned with brand and seasonal services.
- Manage a content calendar and create/schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok including short-form videos, Reels, and stories.
- Capture and edit photo and video content showcasing team, lawns, customer education, and environmental concerns.
- Plan and coordinate community marketing activities and events such as mascot appearances and local hotspots.
- Support scheduling, setup, and presence at community events, farmers markets, and festivals including booth materials and lead collection.
- Assist with tracking event participation, leads, and engagement to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred, or demonstrable interest in social media and content creation.
- Comfort being on camera and filming, with basic photo/video editing skills.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for community events.
