Community Engagement Lead - Job Summary
Lead community engagement efforts to connect with youth, families, educators, and local organizations through digital and in-person outreach, building brand awareness and supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and build connections with community leaders, educators, families, and young people.
- Present services engagingly through community events, workshops, and digital channels.
- Plan and execute outreach initiatives aligned with community needs and brand goals.
- Collaborate with Field Managers, Marketing, and Partnership teams for feedback and integration.
- Use social media platforms to create and share locally resonant content.
- Organize and promote local events such as webinars and community meetings.
- Gather and utilize feedback from community members to improve outreach efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in community outreach, youth engagement, or related fields.
- Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences including young people, parents, and educators.
- Proficient with digital communication tools and social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Ability to drive and travel regularly by car to attend community events.
- Preferred: experience in educational or community organizations, knowledge of mental health services, familiarity with youth demographic (13-25), bilingual or multilingual skills.
