Head of Community & Social - Job Summary
Lead the organic social and community strategy for NPHub and NPHire, serving as the primary on-camera voice and managing content, ambassadors, and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of community and social media across both NPHub and NPHire brands.
- Serve as the primary on-camera voice creating original educational and career-related content.
- Develop and manage ambassadors and content creators.
- Oversee social media communities including Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, and subreddits.
- Set a 12-month roadmap for community and social engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams including B2B, paid social, content, and creative pods.
Requirements
- Active or recently active NP, NP student, RN, or equivalent clinical credential.
- Demonstrated audience-building experience with measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years in marketing, content, or community work, including at least 2 years in leadership or function-owning roles.
- Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups as both creator and operator.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and CapCut AI features.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta and comfortable with hybrid office work.
